We have insured Terilee Lodge care home at Eccles, Manchester. This is the first of two care homes being purchased by Dr Venkat of Reliance Care Homes Limited through sister company, Christie + Co.

Acting on behalf of Sectorsure Limited, part of the Trevellyan Group, we insured five petrol filling stations and arranged combined liability cover for other various group activities. We subsequently renewed this after they acquired a new site in Finsbury Park, London.

The Feathers Hotel is a 40-bedroom, 17th Century, Grade I Listed building which has been a client for some time. We renewed the business for a further year with the current insurers, Fortis, with whom the owner is extremely happy.

We have provided comprehensive insurance for the 62-bedroom Eastwell Manor since the family acquired it in 1995. The commercial combined policy for this Grade II-Listed manor house was moved to Ecclesiastical, which offers specialist cover on its Heritage product.
