We will explain all of the terms, conditions and exclusions to you before you enter into any formal agreement so that you can be sure you will obtain the best possible protection for your business.
We can tailor your policy to your business
We understand that the needs of our clients vary considerably. By offering optional additional sections to your policy, you have the choice to take out the core policy covers, or to tailor the package to your own requirements in order to meet those needs.
We do not operate a call centre but instead will provide you with our direct lines
All of our clients are appointed a client handling team, each of whom is a specialist within their chosen field. You will be able to call any of your contacts directly to discuss any mid-term adjustments to your policy, claims or renewal queries.
We pride ourselves on offering high levels of service
We understand the importance of a high level of service throughout the term of your policy. Our Account Handlers are on hand to deal with any queries you may have.
You will only pay us if we are successful in placing your business
We are paid a direct commission by the insurance company if you instruct us as your broker. If we are unable to improve on your current arrangements, you will not incur an additional cost for our services.
